Stok Gudang Offline ("the app") is an offline warehouse and shop stock-recording tool. We designed it to be private by default: the app does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. All of your information stays on your device.
We (the developer) collect no personal information whatsoever. The app has no analytics, no tracking, no advertising SDKs, and no user accounts.
Any content you create in the app — such as item names, codes/SKUs, categories, quantities, units, prices, notes, stock movement history, and item photos — is stored only in the app's private storage on your own device. This data is never sent to us or to any third party.
The app requests no runtime permissions (no location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS/phone, or broad storage access).
To add a photo to an item, the app uses the Android Photo Picker. This system tool lets you choose a single image without granting the app access to your whole gallery or any storage permission. The selected image is copied into the app's private storage and is used only inside the app.
The app works fully offline and does not require an internet connection to function. It does not upload or download your stock data. The only time the app opens the internet is when you tap the "Privacy Policy" button, which opens this page in your device's web browser.
We do not share your data with anyone, because we never receive it in the first place. No data is sold, rented, or disclosed to advertisers, analytics providers, or any third party.
The app is a general-purpose productivity tool and is safe for all ages. Because it collects no personal data, it does not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
